We offer Free Next Day Delivery to UK customers on orders over £50.00.
To qualify, orders must be placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed Monday to Wednesday after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day using our Next Delivery service.
We offer a premium Next Day (Saturday) Delivery service for Friday orders placed before 2pm, this service costs £5.00.
Alternatively, all orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day
(excluding Bank Holidays).

We now offer free worldwide shipping. Our estimated delivery time for all international orders is 5-10 working days, this may very slightly due to customs processing.
In most cases the customer is responsible for paying import taxes, duties and customs. The only exceptions are the following locations: United States, Canada, Australia, Norway and Switzerland - for orders being shipped to these countries we will cover the import duties.

We have a 30 day returns policy. This applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging is returned in the same condition as when it was received. Customers must return their order within 30 days of receipt to qualify for refund/exchange.
If you wish to return your order please contact our Customer Service Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) for our returns address. For both UK and international orders, return shipping costs must be covered by the consumer.
Engraved items are returnable however an engraving fee (£10.00/$15.00/€15.00) will be deducted from your refund to cover service and replacement costs.
All Henry London watches are covered under a two year warranty. If you discover a fault with your watch please contact our Customer Service Department (email@example.com).
All UK returns, in relation to fault covered under warranty, are free. Please contact our Customer Service Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) to inform them of intent to return, details of the fault, and they will send you a pre-paid return label.
International customers please contact our Customer Service Department (email@example.com) to inform them of intent to return and they will guide you through the returns process. For returns in relations to a fault covered under warranty, all postage costs must be first covered by the customer but will be reimbursed by Henry London once proof of return and postage cost has been supplied.
