Delivery

Please note all orders will only be dispatched once payment has successfully been cleared. Any suspicious transactions will be liable to investigation and order cancellation.

UK

We offer Free Next Day Delivery to all UK customers.
To qualify, orders must be placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed Monday to Thursday after 2pm will be despatched the next working day using Free Next Delivery service.
We offer a premium Next Day (Saturday) Delivery service for Friday orders placed before 2pm, this service costs £5.00.
Alternatively, all orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the next working day
(excluding Bank Holidays).

Rest of the world

We ship worldwide (excluding Russia).
We have a set £10.00/$15.00 international shipping cost. Our estimated delivery time for all international orders is 5-10 working days.
All website prices include British VAT (20%). No customer is exempt from this tax, in turn we cover all import duties and taxes.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30 day returns policy. This applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging is returned in the same condition as when it was received. Customers must return their order within 30 days of receipt to quality for refund/exchange.

If you wish to return your order please contact our Customer Service Department (customerservice@henry-london.com) for our returns address. For both UK and international orders, return shipping costs must be covered by the consumer.

Engraved items are returnable however the engraving fee (£10.00/$15.00) will be deducted from your refund to cover service and replacement costs.

Warranty

All Henry London watches are covered under a two year warranty. If you discover a fault with your watch please contact our Customer Service Department (customerservice@henry-london.com).

UK

All UK returns, in relation to fault covered under warranty, are free. Please contact our Customer Service Department (customerservice@henry-london.com) to inform them of intent to return, details of the fault, and they will send you a pre-paid return label.

Rest of the world

International customers please contact our Customer Service Department (customerservice@henry-london.com) to inform them of intent to return and they will guide you through the returns process. For returns in relations to a fault covered under warranty, all postage costs must be first covered by the customer but will be reimbursed by Henry London once proof of return and postage cost has been supplied.
