How long is a Henry London watch covered under guarantee?

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do but exclusions apply (please contact us for more information). We now offer free worldwide shipping and estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days. For more information view our Delivery and Returns information page.

What is Henry London's website returns policy?

We have a 30 day returns policy. This applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging is returned in the same condition as when it was received. Customers must return their order within 30 days of receipt to quality for refund/exchange. Find our contact information here.


My lens is scratched, is there anything I can do?

Yes there is, depending on the severity of the scratch, you can either use the sachet included in your watch box or purchase a lens care kit to polish out any scratches. Please note this may not be possible in all cases. Read our Lens Care page here to determine the best course of action.

How do I adjust my bracelet?

Is it possible to change my strap?

If you have a leather strap then it is possible to change it. We have produced a video on how to change your strap which can be found here.

How often do you bring out new collections?

Twice a year. All new collections will be announced on our website and social media so make sure you're following us.

Am I responsible for covering any customs and/or import taxes?

Yes, the majority of international customers will have to cover all customs and import taxes upon receipt of their order. There are only a few exceptions to this: United states, Canada, Australia, Norway and Switzerland - for these destinations we will cover the import duties and charges.
