A small white scratch or graze to the surface of the lens, barely detectable by running a finger over the damaged area. This can be rectified using the polish sachet & cloth provided with your watch, please view our video below for instructions.
Heavy Scratch

Heavy Scratch
A deeper, larger scratch that can be felt by a fingertip. To repair this, you’ll need to purchase our lens care kit. Once received, please view our video for instructions.
Fractured Lens
Level 3
Fractured Lens
If when you tilt your watch, the damage appears to go through the lens, it’s likely that it’s fractured. Please contact our Customer Care Team who offer a lens replacement, carried out by our Service Engineers.
